Meet Emily Wann!

Welcome! My name is Emily Wann! I have been in leadership roles for over a decade now. I have seen the good, bad, and difficult when it comes to leadership. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had my fair share of hard moments. Most of these I can attribute to my neurodivergence. Even through the difficult times and overcoming multiple challenges, supporting staff and leaders has always been my priority.

I was diagnosed with Dyslexia & ADD as a child. Then after having my daughter, I was re-diagnosed as AuADHD (ADHD & Autistic). I have struggled with the challenges these things brought me but over time I have learned that these parts of myself can also be a superpower!

Through my own methods I ‘ve learned that:

  • My Dyslexia helps me with complex problem-solving and creativity.

  • My ADHD helps me to focus in on my passions and be able to switch tasks at a moment’s notice.

  • My Autism helps me focus a create guidelines and structure for not only myself but for the people around me.

Come join me in finding your superpowers of your neurospicy brain! We will work through the ups and downs of daily struggles and how to create an Enviromint that best supports you.
